By purchasing or accessing any products, services, or educational content provided by PEEL TRADING LTD (TRADING NAME: ENDURANCE MARKETS) (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“you”, “the user”, or “member”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access Duration
• Your membership grants access to our educational materials, Discord community, and related services for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After 12 months, access to all content, including Discord, will automatically expire.

2. No Refund Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including partial use or dissatisfaction with the content.

3. No Financial Advice or Guarantees
• All information provided is strictly for educational purposes only.

• We make no guarantees regarding trading performance, outcomes, or results based on the use of our materials.

4. Content Use and Restrictions
• All materials, including videos, text, trade analysis, and strategies, are the intellectual property of PEEL TRADING LTD (TRADING NAME: ENDURANCE MARKETS)
• You may not copy, resell, share, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without express written permission.
• Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of your membership without notice and may result in legal action.

5. Membership Cancellation and Refusal
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or breach of community guidelines.
• No refunds will be issued if your membership is cancelled due to violation of terms.

6. Daily Analysis and Trade Recaps
• Membership includes access to daily market analysis (typically 4 days per week) and weekly trade recaps (typically once per week).
• We reserve the right to skip or modify the delivery schedule of content due to market conditions, holidays, or other factors without obligation to compensate or extend membership.

7. Discord Community Access
• Membership includes access to a private Discord server.
• You must follow all Discord community guidelines and our specific server rules.
• We reserve the right to remove you from the Discord server at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misconduct or rule violations.
• When your 12-month membership expires, your Discord access will be revoked, and all services and content access will end.

8. Limitation of Liability
• PEEL TRADING LTD (TRADING NAME: ENDURANCE MARKETS) is not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or damages arising from the use of our educational content.
• You acknowledge that trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

9. Modifications to Terms
• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
